Few words need to be said about the cuisine and the wines of Tuscany: these are first-class. Naturally, this is enhanced by the special flair and the character of the surroundings. Be that the well-known dish of the Maremma “boar à la Maremma” with wine, the oil and cheese or the exceptional fish dishes near the coast, or simply just “pasta” in all its varieties or “Rostinciana di maiale” (roasted pork ribs), “funghi triolati” (roasted mushrooms), etc. Bacon, ham, cheese beside olive oil from the farmer and wine are all splendidly suited to extend your holidays at home – or to give as a present to friends.
